Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written agreements, Statements of Advice, Credit Guides, or other applicable disclosure documents.
Any changes to the scope of services must be approved in writing.
TCS Financial reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an engagement in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services requested.

Failure to provide required information may delay service delivery or affect the suitability of advice provided.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for services will be outlined in proposals, fee schedules, or client agreements.
Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
TCS Financial may require deposits or milestone payments depending on the service type.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by TCS Financial or Strat X Advisory remains the property of TCS Financial unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for the intended purpose.
Clients retain ownership of any content or materials provided to us for service delivery.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement, including business data, financial information, strategies, and personal information, subject to legal and regulatory disclosure requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
TCS Financial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, website content, or deliverables, to the extent permitted by law.
While we strive to provide accurate and professional advice and service, we do not guarantee specific financial, investment, lending, or insurance outcomes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of any applicable client agreement.
Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
TCS Financial reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
TCS Financial may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
